I’m passionate about mothers, babies and families growing in harmony. I help mothers hold on to themselves whilst holding on to their babies. Helping you find your calm and resurrect your sanity. The good thing about getting older is the wisdom gathered that i am now ready to share through mentoring and teaching those who are on a path of self discovery . I have been there myself, traversing many dark days. I was so sleep deprived, fatigued and anxious, that I felt unable to reach out to a friend let alone a counsellor.
