Birth Story Debriefing

A session for those who birthed more than six weeks ago, but have not yet had the chance to debrief and process the birth. It is never too late to share your birth story in order to make meaning and work towards healing.

Supports telling your birth story and weaving in new meaning with option for ongoing counselling or holistic therapy if needed.

This allows you to share openly, raw and candid with honest feelings such as anger, frustration, guilt, shame, grief, fear of failure and much more in order to find peace and embrace the experience .

I walk by your side supporting you with counselling skills as well as holistic therapies if needed.

This is for mothers and fathers. It is never too late if you have a birth story that needs hearing in order to make meaning of towards your overall healing.

You have the option to add a ritual ceremony of closing and honouring new meaning.
